How to apply for an Umrah visa in UK?
Assalaamu 'alaikum,
I will walk you through the Umrah visa application process: After you make up your mind to perform Umrah, Umrah visa application is at the helm of the affairs. The procedure is quite straightforward but requires one to have the following eligibility/ready -
One Umrah visa application form duly completed and signed by the applicant
Two passport-sized photographs
The Passport should be in order and valid for at least 6 months from departure date
A meningitis immunisation certificate (2 years or less children do not require this)
Children aged one year and over and travelling for Umrah on a parent’s passport must have their photograph affixed to the passport and endorsed by the authority concerned. Their photograph should also be affixed to the Umrah visa application form
Females above the age of 45 can perform Umrah without a mehram, an elderly lady can perform Umrah alone.
All non-UK passport holders must be resident in the UK for atleast 3 months
