Assalamualaikum, we came back from our Umrah a couple of weeks ago and our experience with Caravan tours was amazing. Caravan tours were recommended to us by my brother and sister in law.
Brother Adnan in UK and brother Tariq in KSA was very professional and very helpful with all our questions before and during our journey. As it was our first time and also we have perform the Umrah on our own, it was a great experience and hotel service were amazing.
Unfortunately when we arrived at Jeddah airport we lost one of our luggage so we contacted brother Tariq in KSA if he could help us and also use his mobile number on the form for the airline to communicate with him. I cannot describe how amazing he has been, he kept us up to date of where our luggage is and Alhamdulillah brother Tariq delivered our luggage at our hotel in Makkah just in time for us to perform our second Umrah. We were stress free while we perform our first Umrah as brother Tariq reassured us and he did all the necessary for us.
Please be aware that we were not allow Zamzam water at Jeddah airport on our return to UK not sure why (the information desk at Jeddah airport not very helpful) but when we arrived in UK we saw others with ZamZam water which they were able to carry from Madinah airport!
We would like to say Jazakhallah Khairan brother Adnan and brother Tariq for all your support to make our journey a memorable one. In sha Allah we will definitely use your service again.

Alhamdullilah we had a amazing spiritual Haaj. The organisers Abdul Raab and Rehan were very experienced and made our journey very comfotable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to go to Hajj. What i liked the most is they guaranteed the hotel, unlike other providers who dont guarantee the hotel advertised. Abdul Rab, Rehan and Muna bring their distinctive skills to the package, which meant we felt looked after, communicated with and all hotel, food qurbani and transportation well coordinated - which is not easy due the logistical challenges of 2million people during Hajj.

Our Imam/Scholar and guide was excellent with a deep spritiual and historical knowledge ...and sense of humour!

All in all, we had a wonderful journey with some great companions. I would definitely now always travel with no other operator.

I was blessed to perform Hajj 2019 along with my wife.
Excellent before, during and after Hajj service provided by the Caravan Team. On ground support and help was available right from landing in Jeddah to leaving from Madinah.
Of course there were few hiccups during the whole two week stay but largely due to KSA officials arrangements. Caravan group provided what they promised us.
We were staying right in front of Haram and Majid-e-Nabwi, Alhamdulillah.
I strongly recommend this team.
Brother Abdul Rabb was exceptional and spec6thanks to him.

My wife and I have just performed hajj with Caravan Tours. It was very well organised throughout. The Caravan staff including Abdul Rab and Rehan were very helpful and experienced. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience of booking hajj package with Caravaan 14 days 5 star package which was delivered as promised. Many other tour operators had moved their customers to aziziyah even though they were promised makkah hotel access during days of hajj. We had full access to makkah hotel on all days of hajj and transport was provided throughout except for the days of hajj which was clearly explained prior to travel as this restriction was imposed by hajj ministry. Sales agent Adnan was very proactive and friendly and always answered all queries promptly. Payment procesd was very easy and no one hassled us to pay instantly. Abdur rab, group leader was a man of experience who himself has completed 10 hajj. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and was easily accessible to answer any queries. Abdur-rab always ensured that everyone needs were catered for and was a man equipped with a patience of a saint who wouldnt even frown in the most difficult situation. Our accomodation was Swissotel makkah which had great easy access location and i had kaaba view which made the whole experience exceptional. They providef direct flight from london to jeddah which was a plus as saudi airlines do not land on hajj terminal which gets notoriously busy on hajj days. We cleared immigration within 40 mins and were given chance to buy sim cards while waiting for coach .Overall very satisified with their service , they delivered what was promised and i highly recommend them for hajj services. 5 star package delivered with 5 star personal customer service.
